Description: In this section of the curriculum students discover just how transpersonal psychology and a humanistic approach to understanding organizational psychology can create positive leadership and transformative growth. Learning Outcomes: 1. Deepened understanding of transpersonal psychology and enhanced self-leadership skills in a business context 2. Developed written, oral, and digital communication and the ability to express ideas clearly, persuasively, and professionally in various business contexts. 3. Acquired knowledge of scholarly research methods, including critical thinking, academic writing, and citation practices. 4. Enhanced analytical and critical thinking skills, enabled addressing ethical dilemmas and contributing to responsible, holistic organizational cultures.
